Your storefront: one page for everything you sell
A hosted page at app.surcopay.com/s/your-handle where buyers can browse and purchase all your products in one place.
What is the Storefront?
The Storefront is a hosted page that lives at app.surcopay.com/s/your-handle. It shows your display name, bio, avatar and every product you choose to feature. Buyers browse the page, click a product, go through checkout, and receive their file by email — all without you needing a website.
Think of it as your own product catalog page. Each product links directly to its hosted checkout, so a single URL gives buyers access to everything you sell.
Setting it up
- In the dashboard, go to Storefront.
- Pick a handle — this becomes the last part of your URL (for example, app.surcopay.com/s/maria-bakes).
- Add a display name — the title buyers see at the top of your page.
- Write a short bio to describe what you sell or who you are.
- Optionally add social links so visitors can find you on other platforms.
Avatar and banner
Upload an avatar image (square, at least 200 x 200 px) to give your storefront a recognizable face. You can also upload a banner image (recommended 1200 x 400 px or wider) that displays across the top of your page.
Both are optional — the page works without them — but they make your storefront feel like yours.
Selecting and ordering products
Your storefront shows the products you choose. In the Storefront settings you can select which products appear and drag them into the order you want. If you have a flagship product, put it first. New products you create later can be added to the storefront at any time.
Publishing: draft vs. live
While you are still setting things up, keep the storefront in draft mode — it is not visible to anyone. When you are ready, switch it to live. You can go back to draft at any time if you need to make changes privately.
Sharing your storefront link
Once live, your URL is ready to share. Some places where it works well:
- Social media bios — Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube.
- Direct messages — WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord.
- Email signatures — add it below your name in every email you send.
- Link-in-bio tools — Linktree, Beacons, or any equivalent.
- QR codes — print it on a flyer, business card, or packaging.
Because it is a standard URL, it works anywhere a link works.
The buyer experience
When a buyer visits your storefront, they see your branding, bio, and products laid out on a clean page. Clicking a product takes them to the hosted checkout for that item, where they pay with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or ATH Móvil. After payment, the file is delivered to their email automatically. Buyers do not need a SurcoPay account.
Storefront vs. checkout link
A checkout link is a URL for a single product. The storefront is a page that showcases all of your products. If you sell one product, the checkout link is enough. If you sell several, the storefront gives buyers a way to browse everything in one place.
Common questions
Can I use a custom domain for my storefront?
Not at this time. Your storefront lives at app.surcopay.com/s/your-handle.
How many products can I add?
There is no fixed limit on the number of products you can feature on your storefront.
Do buyers need a SurcoPay account?
No. Buyers just pay — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or ATH Móvil — and receive their download by email. No account, no app.
What does it cost?
There is no monthly fee. SurcoPay takes 4.5% of each sale made through Stripe, charged on your product price only — never on sales tax. Your payment provider's own processing rates are separate and go to them.
