If you are writing about a specific purchase, include the product name and the buyer's email address — it lets us find the transaction immediately instead of asking you for it.

What SurcoPay is

SurcoPay is an embeddable checkout for people who sell digital products — e-books, guides, templates, courses, presets, printables — from a website they already own. Sellers paste one snippet into their own site and get a checkout that accepts ATH Móvil, PayPal and cards, plus a dashboard for sales, refunds, analytics and sales-tax reporting.

Payments settle directly into each seller's own Stripe, PayPal or ATH Móvil account. SurcoPay is a payment processing tool, not a marketplace, and does not take possession of sale proceeds or resell anyone's products.

Buyers

If you bought a digital product and need a refund or a new download link, contact the seller you bought from first — they control their own refunds and can act fastest. If you cannot reach them, write to us with the date and amount of the charge and we will help you find them.
